I have to admit, my kids have had all these things for breakfast; usually the sweet cereal or sweet oatmeal. But honestly, if a bowl of cereal can't hold me over for 10 minutes, how will it get my kids all the way till lunch time 5 hours later! I had to think of something better but still really fast!
