Substitute: Frozen Spinach swap out for Freeze Dried Spinach
Artichoke Spinach Dip
1 can (15 oz) can artichoke hearts in halves (chop these up as small as you can)
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained replace with 1/3 cup Freeze Dried Spinach reconstituted
4 oz (1 cup) mozzarella shredded cheese or equal parts FD mozzarella reconsituted
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup mayo
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or tortilla chips.
