Home Cooking with Thrive - Chicken Noodle Soup

This is my newest recipe! My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. I'm not much of a soup eater unless it has a lot of good things in it and this soup REALLY does!

Becky's 20 min Thrive Chicken Noodle Soup
3 Swan Chicken Broths, + 3 cups water (can use Thrive chicken bouillon also)
1 cup Thrive FD Chicken Dices
1/8 cup Thrive carrots (boil separately)
1/2 cup Thrive FD Potato dices
1/4 cup Thrive FD Celery
1/8 cup Thrive FD Chopped Onions
1 Knorr cube parsley
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Thrive Egg Noodles or any other noodle you like

Add the broths and water together in a large stock pot.
Add everything except the carrots.
Boil the carrots separately in another pot. Let them boil 2 minutes to soften quickly.
Strain the carrots and add them to the soup.
Allow the soup to come to a boil.
Add the noodles and boil as long as the noodles need to soften, 7-10 minutes depending on the noodle.
Turn off heat, place lid on top and let cool for 20 minutes on stove top before serving.
Remove bay leaf.
Season to taste.

Serve with homemade rolls, crackers, or soup bowls.
