No Bake- Whole Strawberry and Cream Cheese Pie!
4 cups of whole fd strawberries
2 cups of water to reconstitute strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
squeeze in lemon juice
Bring it all to a simmer
Thicken mixture with a little bit of water and cornstarch in separate bowl
Cream Cheese Filling
Cream Cheese at room temperature
Cream the cream cheese for about 20 seconds
Once light and fluffy
Sugar and Vanilla and mix again.
Add 8 oz Cool-whip and fold into cream cheese mixture
Add strawberry mixture and cream cheese mix into graham cracker 9" pie tin.
Spread evenly and smooth cream cheese mixture into pie pan
And corn starch (cold) slurry to strawberry mix to thicken strawberry sauce.
Let simmer to cook out corn starch.
Cool 1-2 hours in fridge
And spread out evenly over the Cream Cheese Mixture
