Creamy Chicken Chili using Freeze Dried Thrive Chicken Dices

This is a family favorite that was given to me by my friend Stephanie L.  It's a super delicious recipe!

Creamy White Chicken Chili Mix (1 pot of chili for 8)
1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into cubes = 1.5 cups freeze dried Chicken dices
½ medium onion = 1/2 cup freeze dried Thrive chopped onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
14 oz chicken broth= 3 tsp Thrive Chicken Bouillon plus 1 1/2 cups water
2 can green chiles = 2 Tb freeze dried Thrive Green Chiles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano = Thrive Freeze dried equal
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cans rinsed and rained Great Northern or Navy Beans
1 cup sour cream
½ cup whipping cream
1 cup of Pepper Jack Cheese = 1 cup freeze dried Thrive Monterrey Jack Cheese
2 cups additional water

In a large pot add chicken, onion and garlic powder on low heat,  slowly add 1 1/2 cups water with bouillon & remaining ingredients (except creams and beans). Bring to boil, add beans and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in creams. Add pepper jack to hot chili and serve with chips.

You can store your seasonings and freeze dried items in an empty pantry or #10 can or a mason jar. If you use a mason jar, be sure to use a moisture absorber, vacuum seal it and keep it out of sunlight UNLESS you plan to eat it very soon. This is because light, oxygen and moisture affect all food including freeze dried. I believe it's best to reuse your Thrive cans if you have them. They will protect your food much better!

This is Double the recipe in 1 quart sized jar
